We have grown steadily over the years, thanks to the quality service and personable approach of our founders Dawn and Elayne. The business was recently acquired by the team of Alec, James and Gary, and we will look to build upon the excellent reputation already in place. Alec has a wealth of knowledge in the lettings and property management space, having acquired and sold multiple agencies before transitioning into leasehold block management. Gary bought his first mixed use property in 1982, and has developed an impressive portfolio of residential, commercial and short term lets. In the last few years, James has since took ownership of this portfolio, along with setting up a portfolio building business, Pure Property Partnership. 

Under our new management team, we will provide a variety of services to our landlords and tenants, and aim to provide unrivalled customer service. We have extensive knowledge of the North West property market, which means we'll be able to satisfy our landlords and meet the needs of our tenants.
