Outline of our competitive fees – No VAT applicable:
|Tenant Find||50% of Monthly Rent (Subject to minimum £300)|
|Let Only||One month’s rent
(Subject to minimum £450) Plus £50 for Deposit administration.
|Full Management||1 Months rent, set up fee for each Tenancy plus 10% of rent

Tenant fee schedule
All individuals applying for a tenancy on one of our properties over the age of 18 must complete an application form for full referencing to be carried out and to pay a ‘holding fee’ of 1 weeks rent (applicable to property of interest). Please see our ‘Tenants fee schedule’ for further information.
